Return and Refund Policy

At SofaGuard, we want customers to be clear about how returns and refunds work before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us and request a return.

After your return request is accepted, you must send the item back within 14 days.

To be eligible for a full change-of-mind refund, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Because SofaGuard sheets are adhesive protection products, we cannot offer a full change-of-mind refund for items that have been applied, cut, damaged, marked, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked return service. SofaGuard is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will confirm the correct return instructions once your return request is approved.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or further instructions depending on the situation.

60-Day Sofa Protection Guarantee

SofaGuard offers a 60-day protection guarantee.

This guarantee is designed to give customers confidence when trying SofaGuard at home. If the product does not help protect your furniture surface as expected, contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the application area, and a short explanation of the issue.

This guarantee does not cover misuse, incorrect application, use on unsuitable surfaces, damage caused by pets before installation, deliberate damage, or failure to test on a small hidden area before applying.

SofaGuard is designed to help protect furniture surfaces. It does not guarantee that a cat will permanently stop scratching or change behaviour.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse or reduce a refund where an item has been used, damaged, applied, cut, altered, returned incomplete, or returned in a condition that means it cannot reasonably be resold.
