SofaGuard is designed to help protect furniture surfaces from scratching damage. It does not guarantee that a cat will stop scratching or permanently change behaviour.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the product is suitable for their furniture before applying it. We strongly recommend testing on a small hidden area before full application.

We do not recommend using SofaGuard on delicate fabrics, velvet, loose-weave materials, leather, or surfaces where adhesive may leave marks unless you have tested a hidden area first and are satisfied with the result.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, shipping estimates and availability at any time without notice.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to arrange a replacement, delay, or refund.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment fails, customer information is incomplete, or the order is flagged as suspicious.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SofaGuard is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because SofaGuard sheets are adhesive protection products, used, applied, cut, altered, damaged, or incomplete items may not qualify for a full refund unless required by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

60-Day Sofa Protection Guarantee

SofaGuard may offer a 60-day protection guarantee.

This guarantee applies to eligible orders where the customer contacts us within 60 days of delivery and provides reasonable evidence of the issue, including photos and an explanation.

The guarantee does not cover misuse, incorrect application, unsuitable surfaces, damage caused before installation, deliberate damage, or failure to test the product on a hidden area before applying.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, images, design, logos and product presentation, belongs to SofaGuard or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit, or use our website content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SofaGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
